Once you've approved the proof per the instructions in the email, you can expect your order to ship within 7 business days. We begin production with your approval, at which time your order becomes non-returnable and non-refundable. If you don't choose to add our Image Proofing Service, then we will begin production, crop the image to the size selected, and ship your order within 7 business days.

Our Acoustic Panels are designed to be mounted to a surface using hang tabs, our keyhole plate hanging method, a construction-grade adhesive, or using mechanical fasteners. If you choose hang tabs, tabs and mounting screws will be included per panel. We are sorry to hear that you received a weirdly cropped image out of our selection of images. Did you happen to purchase the proof option with it? This would have allowed for you to see the image and work with the image specialist in properly cropping the image or zoomed out more and provided a mirrored edge instead of a full wrap.
